  • How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from major Credit Card companies (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), including PayPal.

  • When will my purchase be shipped?

Items that are in stock and readily made, will be shipped in 1-2 business days.

  • If ordered item not in stock?

        Our items can sell out within hours and we are able to restock them but it takes a few days to make the items. If there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at info@tarotrinkets.com so that you can be placed on an email notification list.  If the particular item you are interested in becomes available, we will be sure to notify you.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

No, not at this time.

  • Do you offer local delivery?

No, not at this time.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your location, shipping within the U.S. will take somewhere from 2 to 6 business days.

  • Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

        Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

 

  • What is your return policy?

        We accept returns for items which arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you just don't like them. You have 14 days to return. Must return item.  If you need to return an item, please email us at info@tarottrinkets.com and we will do our best to make the return process as simple as possible.
